Here you will find the WORKSHEET that I used for the group activity and it also has a space for them to make short 'key word' notes, to still listen actively.
Critical Incident / Reflection Moment: When I was able to use my own research and projects of 2nd year of my degree, in useful resources to construct a fun and functional Xhosa lesson. I also used numeral video material and played around with how the children were suppose to compare traditional weddings to modern isiXhosa weddings: They understood umtshato better because now they could understand it from their perspective, it was a critical and precious moment when children showed evidence that they now understand culture when compared to their own.
